Codemasters está analizando si Nintendo Switch 2 es buena opción para sus juegos de F1

It seems we have new statements about Change 2. After learning everything shared in its Nintendo Direct now we have more details about Nintendo Switch 2: it’s very interesting information about the successor.

In the website we’ve already updated all the games announced for the console and you know that there’s some controversy about the price increase of its products. It had already been announced a camera for the GameChat feature and now we have learned that Codemasters is considering whether the new hybrid console is suitable for its Formula 1 series even though they still can’t announce anything. «We will probably have these internal discussions, but there is nothing we can talk about at this moment,» they share in a message.

The case is that the creative director of Formula 1 25, Gavin Cooper, has shared that his team needs to analyze the technical capabilities of the Switch 2 to see if it can provide a suitable Formula 1 experience. Codemasters has already released Grid Autosport on Switch in 2019 with good reception and the last Formula 1 game on a Nintendo console was the spin-off Formula 1 Race Stars for Wii U.

Since EA purchased Codemasters in 2021, new possibilities have emerged and EA has already confirmed that it will bring EA FC and Crazy to Switch 2. We’ll have to see if Formula 1 arrives as well.
