La baraja de Alcremie que arrasa en JCC Pokémon Pocket

Alcremie has a completely effective deck for Ranked matches in Pokémon Pocket JCC, and it’s quite easy to get.

The arrival of the new Dragonite EX in the competitive scene means we have to be more careful than ever with the best decks in Pokémon Pocket JCC. Especially considering all the new Eevee Forest cards that will change the battles in the coming weeks.

However, from the very beginning, the Alcremie with Slurpuff deck took over the competitive scene of the card game due to many advantages. Here, we’ll teach you how to use it to win more online matches.

The key to using Alcremie instead of other powerful options in Pokémon Pocket JCC, is that it has an exponential and extremely flexible attack.

The move Extreme Sweetness is unique in its type, since it deals 40 additional damage points each time your Pokémon have used the Sweet Swap attack, whose effects vary from card to card.

For example, Swirlix, Milcery, and Vanillite can use Sweet Swap to attack for 10 damage, or for 30 if this attack was used in the previous turn. Vanillish also uses it, but it does 30 base damage and another 20 if a Pokémon used Sweet Swap in the previous turn.

But probably the most interesting is Slurpuff, whose Sweet Swap inflicts 30 base damage, and another 60 if any Pokémon used this attack in the previous turn. This means you can attack with Swirlix in the first turn for 10 and evolve it to attack for 90 in the second turn with only two energies. This is exactly the damage and cost of Starmie EX, without the risk of losing two points.

And the best part is that Slurpuff’s attacks keep counting to power up Alcremie, making it reach one of the highest damages in Pokémon Pocket JCC without flipping coins. Additionally, not having EX cards makes it completely immune to Oricorio’s Electric ability, which we will see more often thanks to the introduction of Dragonite EX in the competitive scene.

The Best Alcremie Deck in Pokémon Pocket JCC

In the best Alcremie deck, we expect to start with Swirlix, which has acceptable HP for the standards of Pokémon Pocket JCC. But the most important thing is to attack with Sweet Swap.

The best scenario would be evolving into Slurpuff and starting to deal real damage. e-Nigma can help you if the evolution doesn’t work out. Slurpuff has 120 HP, which with the Giant Cape will help you withstand attacks of 120 or 130, like those of Buzzwole EX and Giratina EX.

You can add Nakama to compensate for not having an EX Pokémon with too much HP, but only if you use Water energies. This is perfect in this case, since Vanillite is the only card in the Alcremie deck that needs a specific type, and it’s Water.

This is the best Alcremie deck in Pokémon Pocket JCC:

  • Swirlix x2
  • Slurpuff x2
  • Milcery x2
  • Alcremie x2
  • Vanillite x1 (you can replace it with Red)
  • Professor’s Research x2
  • Poké Ball x2
  • Nakama x2
  • Giant Cape x1
  • Sabrina x1
  • Helio x1
  • Venus x1
  • e-Nigma x1
