We are thrilled to announce the Xbox Tokyo Game Show 2025 broadcast on Thursday, September 25th at 7pm JST (3am Pacific / 6am Eastern / 11am UK). This year’s event will feature titles from our creative teams, along with exciting updates from our partners in Japan, Asia, and around the world.

We know that players worldwide appreciate content and games inspired by Japan and developed across Asia, and we can’t wait to connect with players globally to showcase the incredible talent and creativity behind the upcoming games coming to Xbox.

Once again, we’ve created a custom visual identity for Xbox at Tokyo Game Show. Using a neon urban aesthetic, the design places the viewer in a street scene that’s clearly Tokyo, with various signs lighting the way, all featuring game iconography and Xbox (with a touch of Japanese culture included).

Put your skills to the test with Xbox at Tokyo Game Show

Available for the first time in Asia, attendees at the Tokyo Game Show can play Ninja Gaiden 4, a groundbreaking adventure where Legacy meets innovation in a high-octane style and unrestricted combat hybrid.

Visitors will also have the chance to put their skills to the test with the Rog Xbox Ally and Rog Xbox Ally X, two new handheld gaming computers developed by Xbox and Asus, at the Gamers Republic booth.

Bethesda will co-host a merchandise booth with Infolens Geek Shop. The store will feature official merchandise for Flight Simulator, Starfield, Doom, and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, including rare items never before released in Japan.

In what languages will the Xbox Tokyo Game Show 2025 broadcast be available?

This year’s broadcast will be available on the official Tokyo Game Show YouTube channel, as well as live on selected Xbox social channels in Japanese, English, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Arabic (MSA), French, German, Italian, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish (Castilian), Mexican Spanish, and Turkish.

After the broadcast, we will add language support for Canadian French, Filipino, Hindi, Indonesian, Malay, Māori, Russian, Thai, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese. Please note that the program audio is primarily in Japanese, so you may need to enable subtitles to view the translated program.

Will the program be accessible for those with low/no hearing or low/no vision?

The program will also be broadcast with Japanese Sign Language (JSL), American Sign Language (ASL), and audio descriptions in both Japanese and English.

I won’t be able to watch live, where can I find out what was announced?

As soon as the show concludes, the Xbox Wire team will publish a comprehensive show summary (with localized versions to follow in Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, and Latin America) and independent articles on selected games will be live during the show.
