It shows how the next Super Smash Bros. on Switch 2 would be, inspired by the debate on whether the series should continue as an updated Ultimate or reboot completely. The proposal suggests a «hard reset» with a new graphics engine and starting with only 8 fighters, in response to those who doubt there will be a new release after the over 36 million copies sold of Ultimate.
