Following the 20 vacancies they recently announced along with some additional positions, it seems the company has released quite surprising financial data. Monolith Soft has released its financial results for the fiscal year ending in March 2025, revealing a 19% increase in profits that reached 487 million yen (3.37 million dollars), compared to 409 million yen the previous year.

This growth coincides with the release of Xenoblade Chronicles X Definitive Edition for Nintendo Switch and will likely continue with its involvement in Mario Kart World.
