It seems a new patch has been released for the games:

• Nintendo has released post-launch updates for the Switch 2 editions of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and Breath of the Wild.

Remember that recently the prices of these Switch 2 Editions were confirmed for those who only need the upgrade pack if they already own the games on Switch 1. This is the expected price following the approximate prices of these enhanced editions in Japan. We also knew that Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack members can enjoy the enhanced editions of Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom at no additional cost, as long as they already own the Switch versions of the games.
